Participant Drilldown Select a participant in the Past Meetings list to view detailed audio, video, screen sharing, and CPU usage information. Usage Sort usage by meetings, minutes, participants, groups, participant information, audio type, or department.

Selecting any meeting ID will display the details of the meeting being held. This information includes where the user is connecting and network quality information. If the host is currently logged in and participating in the meeting, the manager can join the meeting as a co-host by clicking the Join As Assistant button. You can provide more detailed information about the connection status.
View the current send and receive rates for different parts of the call. A real-time graph showing the connection quality for sending and receiving video, audio and shared content is displayed. You can find the dashboard by logging into your account, clicking Account Management, and then clicking Dashboard on the right side of the window. The dashboard gives administrators a look at everything in real-time, starting with to top users by meeting minutes, top geographic locations by users, top devices by users, and usage by meeting for the last seven days.
The administrator can then do deep dives on a variety of analytics. They can see who is hosting meetings right now and what features are being used video, audio, screen sharing. They can even jump into any live meeting if they are needed to troubleshoot.
Currently this is only available in live view, although we are working on the ability to export past and current data. Reporting lets you view historic data on your Zoom users and meetings in customized time frames.
